Fresh produce, locally or sometimes even locally produced. From a love of food and craft, a group of entrepreneurs found each other on the streets of Rotterdam in 2014. A passion was shared, a plan was made and a dream was realised in an old dock shed on Katendrecht. Under the name Fenix Food Factory, these entrepreneurs offer Rotterdam a culinary hotbed; a place to shop, learn how products are made and experience artisanal flavours.
