Only the very best is good enough. Everything has to be right, both on the plate and in the glass down to the service! At the spacious bar, you eat Hida-gyu A5 (world's finest beef) on the go, a lick of virtually unsalted caviar from white Siberian sturgeon and drink a millésimé blancs or a home-made cocktail based on home-brewed gin. The James hotel and 2-star restaurant FG are now joining hands. Those who now want to treat themselves in the morning can go for breakfast at FG Restaurant.

Breakfast like an emperor is the beginning of the old adage. Those who start with a good breakfast can tackle the whole day. Those who have a good breakfast generally perform better. A full lunch is something for the weekend - when there is no more (heavy) work to be done. After a full breakfast during the week, we can in fact skip lunch.

For a good breakfast, FG Restaurant is the place to be. Homemade (sourdough) breads and croissants, the best ham in the world, cheeses of exclusively A-quality.

Nowhere is it better to wake up than at FG Restaurant. For those who want to treat themselves, there is caviar and champagne but FG Breakfast is not necessarily decadent. Juices, salads, bagels, waffles, banana bread, pancakes, FG Breakfast is just right for everyone.

The difference is mainly in the execution, in the taste. The hollandaise sauce on the eggs benedict at FG Restaurant is finger-licking good. Everything is obviously brand new, and everything is prepared live. At FG Restaurant, you don't queue for the buffet. Breakfast is served at the table at FG Restaurant, so you don't have to leave that comfy swivel chair for every cup or glass. At the service, you indicate what you are hungry for on the breakfast trolley.

For an all-in price of 35 euros per person, you can eat whatever you like. A surcharge applies for some items like champagne, Josélito, truffle and caviar.

Are you at The James for business? Then how nice is it to host a business meeting in FG Restaurant? With comfortable chairs closed off to the side, there is more than enough privacy. There is also a separate room, called a private dining room, available in which several colleagues can meet.

For children up to 8 years old, they can have breakfast for half price, or 17.50 euros. For those with an intolerance or allergy to gluten and lactose, there are of course plenty of alternatives.
